This agreement applies when you open a shop on moji. It adds to the Terms of Service.
1. How selling works
moji is the merchant of record. Buyers pay moji; moji pays you your share. You set your prices; moji may run promotions at its own cost.
2. Fees
moji keeps a platform fee from each sale (currently 20% unless agreed otherwise in writing). Your share is shown on every order in your dashboard. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before raising fees.
3. Payouts
- Earnings are held for a short period (currently 7 days) to cover refunds and fraud, then become available to withdraw.
- You must verify your identity (KYC) and add a payout method before your first withdrawal. A minimum withdrawal amount applies.
- Refunds on your sales are deducted from your balance. We may hold payouts while we investigate fraud, chargebacks or a breach of this agreement.
4. What you may sell
Only products you own or have the right to sell, that work as described, and that follow our Community Guidelines. No counterfeit, stolen, illegal, adult, gambling, weapon or hateful content.
5. Your responsibilities
Describe products accurately, deliver what you promise, respond to buyers through moji, and keep your account secure. You are responsible for your own income tax and, if you're registered, VAT on your share.
6. Licence to moji
You give moji a non-exclusive licence to host, sell, deliver and promote your products, and to give buyers the licence you describe on each product.
7. Suspension and closing
We may unpublish products or suspend a shop that breaks this agreement. You may close your shop at any time; we'll pay out your available balance once pending orders are settled.
