With a Reload Voucher, bought for cash at thousands of shops. Enter the 16-digit PIN at checkout. If the voucher is worth more than your total, the change becomes moji credit.

Digital products, courses, eSIMs and deliveries are all in your Library. Guests can open the receipt link from their confirmation.

Money on your moji account from voucher change, refunds or prizes. It's used automatically at checkout when you choose to.

Open the receipt or Library and tap Report a problem. Approved refunds are paid as moji credit straight away. See the Refund Policy for details.

You'll be notified when it's packed, shipped (with tracking) and delivered. Follow it in Library → Deliveries.

Open it in Library → eSIMs and scan the QR code, or tap Install on iPhone. Install before you travel and turn it on when you land.

Tap Sell on moji, open your shop and add a product. Verify your identity and add a payout method to withdraw earnings.

Skill games are won by the closest pick to a spot sealed before the competition opened. Free draws use a public randomness beacon. Every result can be checked on its Verify page.

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and we'll email you a reset link.

Go to Account → Your data. You can download a copy of your data first.
